Since 2016, we hired Patti Miller to serve as Executive Director/Administrator for Healthcare Executives Study Society (HESS), a 64-year-old professional healthcare association. She transformed it from an entirely paper-based operation into a modern, streamlined organization. She modernized dues collection and meeting registration through online systems, upgraded core functions including nominations and board governance, and now manages the full scope of professional planning for the association's annual event.
